Commission Rate: You will receive 15% of the sale revenue as a commission from orders placed through your Affiliate Site (does not includes taxes, shipping). For the sale to generate a commission to an Affiliate, the customer must complete the order form and remit full payment for the product ordered.

Does it cost to join? No, the program is free to join.

Application Process When you complete the application form you will be assigned an affiliate number and a password. Print that page and/or write them down in a safe spot. You will need them to access your account. You will then be able to return to this page where you can login to your account by following the LOGIN links on this page.

Once you have logged into your account you can update your account information, check the stats of click throughs, see the summary of sales, etc. There you will also be able to pick up the linking buttons and codes that you put on your site to link to Herbal Hugs. It is important that you copy the codes exactly as they contain the necessary information to properly credit your account.

When you have signed up, a notification will be sent to us that you have applied. We will review your application then send you an email notifying you of your acceptance. Note that until you have been accepted into the program by us, any click throughs from your site will not be credited to your account. The review of your account and notification of acceptance will take 24-48 hrs. On acceptance you will be added to a special notification list to receive updates about your account, changes in the program, features and other specials.

Payments All sales generated from a click through from your site will have 15% of the sale credited to your account. Payments are made to you at the end of each month for totals greater than $25. If it is less than $25 then the balance will carry forward until the next month, and so on. You also have the option of using your balance as a credit towards purchases at Herbal Hugs.

Cheques for commissions will be sent on or about the last day of the month for the previous month's commissions on orders that have completed the payment process. If any order that generated a referral fee is returned by the customer, or if there are any returned cheques or charge-backs, the amount will be deducted from the next monthly payment. If there is no subsequent payment, the Affiliate will be invoiced for that amount. A statement will accompany each cheque with the details of the sales and commissions. Payments will be made to the Affiliate in the currency selected by them during the sign-up process. Sales made from click-thrus that occur in alternate currencies will be adjusted according to the exchange rate on the day of settlement. These adjustments will be reflected in the account summary that accompanies your payment.

How does it track sales? Every time a customer visits us through your link, a cookie is added to their system that contains your affiliate information.

Order Handling Affiliates do not handle any of the order processing.

Customers Customers who purchase products and services through the Affiliate Program will be deemed to be customers of Herbal Hugs and all Herbal Hugs policies and guarantees concerning customer orders and service will apply to those customers. Policies and operating procedures may change at any time and affiliates will be notified by email of these changes. Prices and availability of products and services may vary from time to time.

Unsolicited Commercial Email or SPAM Herbal Hugs does not participate in mass unsolicited emailing (i.e. spamming), and all Affiliates are expected to adhere to this policy as well. Violation of this policy will result in the termination of this contract and immediate dismissal from the Affiliate Program, with no refund.

Relationship of Parties You and the company of Herbal Hugs are independent enterprises, and nothing in this Agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties. You will have no authority to make or accept any offers or representations on our behalf. You will not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would reasonably contradict this statement.

Limitation of Liability Herbal Hugs will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, the aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Program will not exceed the total commissions paid or payable to you under to this Agreement.

Disclaimers Herbal Hugs makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to the Affiliate Program or your potential to earn income from the Affiliate Program. In addition, Herbal Hugs makes no representation that the operation of our site or the Affiliate Sites will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Herbal Hugs will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.

Qualifying Sites We reserve the right not to accept any site into the Affiliate Program based on site content. Sites that Do Not Qualify for the Affiliate Program include sites which:
   * promote sexually explicit materials
   * promote violence
   * promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age
   * promote illegal activities
   * violate intellectual property rights
All affiliate applications need to be approved by Herbal Hugs before being activated into the program. The evaluation takes 24-48 hrs and a qualifying email will follow with the notice of acceptance or refusal. All affiliate sites will be randomly and periodically reviewed to ensure compliance of these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse any site or to revoke your ID without notice should we deem the site unsuitable for our products. This includes sites that sell "adult", racist or other similarly objectional material or if you engage in any activities involving spam email. Your username and password will be subject to deletion at any time, without warning.

By submitting the Affiliate Application form, you acknowledge that you have read this agreement and agree to all its terms and conditions.

You have independently evaluated this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than as set forth in this agreement.
